- As the world commemorate International Day for the Preservation of the Ozone Layer, Sterling One Foundation has reiterated its dedication to climate action, emphasizing the significance of global collaboration in addressing ozone depletion and broader environmental challenges. The Foundation’s renewed focus aligns with efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030.
Speaking on the importance of safeguarding the ozone layer, Sterling One Foundation’s CEO, Olapeju Ibekwe, highlighted its critical role in protecting ecosystems and human health. “Protecting the ozone layer is essential to securing the future health and well-being of both our environment and communities,” she said.
